My name is Crystal Crumlich, I joined the AHM team in January 2008. I have a background in Customer service and management and a desire to help others. I felt joining this practice would be a perfect opportunity to put my skills to use and to learn more about the natural health care model that I had been interested in for years. I have learned so much about WELLNESS care from these amazing doctors and seen firsthand how valuable Chiropractic care and nutrition are not just for illness care, but to maintain your overall general wellbeing. I personally receive chiropractic care on a weekly basis, to keep my body properly maintained and avoid illness/injury. My family no longer depends on Western medicine when we are ill. We seek care here at AHM and I can say that we have not had as much illness or injury since doing so.
The most satisfying aspect of my job is seeing the transformation of patients from the time they become new patients to after they receive care. Seeing the improvements in their health every step of the way makes my job worthwhile. I am the patient’s initial point of contact from the first time they call to schedule an appointment or obtain information about the practice. I also handle all scheduling, calculating, and dispensing of the supplements to patients, check in/Check out, Shipments to patients, infrared laser treatments, orthotic stabilizing scanning of patient’s feet for custom fit, as well as many various tasks throughout the office. It is my job and pleasure to make sure all our patients are well taken care of and leave our office with the desire to continue their wellness path.
When I am not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my family:
I married the love of my life, Richard in 2017 and we have been inseparable ever since. We enjoy home improvement projects, family movie time, working out together, and accompanying our kids to their sporting events.
I have an adult daughter, Vanessa who is truly my best friend. She is an avid volleyball player who also has a passion for animals. She loves to help me cook and bake in our spare time, taking simple recipes and adding our own healthy and delicious spin on things.
My son Chance, who was born in 2018 has been a huge delight in my life. He is the sweetest little boy in the world. He is spunky and creative and just like his sister, has a love for animals and loves to play sports.
We have 2 very energetic fur babies, (Major and Liam) that we love taking on walks and playing fetch with. For 75pound dogs, they sure are cuddle bugs!
They are not just our pets, but part of our family.
My hobbies include swimming, working out, cooking, and spending quality time with those I hold dear to my heart. Tomorrow is never promised; so, make the most of every moment. Smile, make memories, and be sure to tell the ones you care about how much you love them!
